RUPI
Centre Director
Teacher Rupi is born and raised in Kelowna, BC. She knew she wanted to work with children from a young age, as she couldn’t find a more rewarding career. In pursuit of that passion, she completed her Early Childhood education in 2012 and has had the pleasure of contributing her skillset in developing several childcare facilities over the last decade. As a mother of two young children herself, she realizes the importance of quality childcare coupled with an excellent preschool education. “Stepping Stones” hopes to provide both to our community, whose children will benefit immensely from her passion.

Teacher Rhonda
Lead Teacher
I am the lead teacher for the 4 year old program at Stepping Stones Early Learning. I enjoy teaching preschool aged children and nurturing these young minds explore their curiosity for the world. I find Stepping Stones Early Learning to be a place where they can do just that. At this preschool, we like to encourage children to explore fun filled learning through creative exploration that inspires them to get involved while developing new skills and building friendships with those around them.
I look forward to our upcoming school year and hope to shape and inspire the children at Stepping Stones.
Teacher Natasha
I am from Castlegar, a small town in the west Kootenays. After relocating to Kelowna in pursuit of post-secondary education, I obtained a Diploma in Culinary Arts and worked in the restaurant industry for many years. I eventually realized my true passion was working with children and enrolled at Okanagan College, graduating with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education in June of 2023.
During my studies I had the opportunity to complete two practicums at Stepping Stones and I am very grateful to now be working with an amazing group of educators. I am so excited to have the opportunity to facilitate experiences and create an environment in which your children will flourish in all areas of development. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you, your family, and your children.

Teacher Love
As an early childhood educator at Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre, I am passionate about imparting knowledge to young minds. My teaching philosophy is centered on the belief that every child is capable, curious, and deserving of a high-quality early childhood education.
It's been over three years since I arrived in this country from India to complete my Early Childhood Education program in Mississauga, Ontario. My passion for this field stems from my love for working with children and making a strong connection with them. Being part of the Stepping Stones team and impacting children's lives positively brings me great joy. I am so excited to know the families and work with my amazing coworkers.
Teacher Angie
I have been an Infant Toddler educator for 12 years. I completed my Early Childhood Education, Infant Toddler and Special Needs education at Okanagan College in 2012. I am very passionate about teaching and guiding children.
I was born and raised in Whistler and moved to the Okanagan in 2003. I have three brothers who I love dearly. Family is a huge part of me and I spend as much time as I can with them. In my spare time I’m usually keeping busy playing sports, travelling or being with family.
I can’t wait to meet the families and the children joining us for this brand new program. Thank you to the wonderful children, families and teachers at Stepping Stones Preschool, for making me feel so welcome!

Teacher Amy
I have a beautiful family with older children my eldest being almost 17 !! I have a wonderful husband and a Pomeranian named grandpa!
I started my journey in early childhood education when I was 18 years old .. I’ve had many job titles within this field including supervisor as well as facility manager. I also had the privilege of owning and operating my own family daycare. I’m very passionate about imparting knowledge to the children in my care. I love watching children learn and grow, their minds are like little sponges at this stage that soak up everything!!
I am beyond excited to be a part of the team at stepping stones and I can’t wait to have a fun filled year getting to know the parents and children !

I graduated from Okanagan College in june 2023 with my ECE diploma with a specialization in the Infant/Toddler and extra Support Needs. I'm so excited to continue my journey with Stepping Stones and I'm very grateful to be able to use my education and get to know each individual child and be able to help them grow!
